Cow eye dissection
Today in science we dissected a cow eye to better understand how eyes work. Cow eyes are one of the closest eyes to ours. I really enjoyed doing the dissection. It was cool how you could really see everything and touch everything to better understand. I really think that it helped me. Now I can really know what I am talking about or reading about because I have seen it for real, because when all you look at is pictures that people have drawn you don’t really understand as well what you are looking at. I really did not know what to expect when I came to class today I was exited, but I had know idea what to expect. In the end I loved it. I thought it was amazing how you could see everything and how you could touch and cut everything. I did not really think about what i was doing in till Carwai said that the lens looked like an onion which i did, that i thought to my self this is an eye, but that was the cool part it was actually a real eye. In the eye there was so much to look at everything that Carwai had talked about, but i really just liked playing with it and looking at everything. I did not think that the lens would be so hard or the cornea, but hey were a learned a lot more to.The cow eye was amazing. I loved doing it and i thought it was very worth while you could everything not just looking at them in a picture they were actually there.
