I really enjoyed studying sister corita kent this year for great artist. She was like nothing we had done before. Her art work was based on her views of the world. She used lots of words and bright colors. For our class we made three group projects and I personnel project. The first project we did together was a big mural out of paper that was inspired by her art work. The second collaborative project we did was we took pictures of our self’s then blow them up in black and white and put colored tissue paper over the top of then so we had these big pictures of our self’s in all different colors. Our third collaborative project was we were each assigned two letter of sister corita kent’s name and had to paint them in a different font. We also had the idea of a phase book about nmy, but it ended up that we did not have enough time so we made a phase wall with all the phrases about nmy. then finally we each made an individual project. For my individual project i found pictures of charmaine brianna and me then I put them on a canvas painted them pink and drew in little things with sharpie. I definitely think that this years great artist went ten times better than last year we all agreed with one another so it turn out really well. I was pretty proud of us.
